Picking wild blueberries is one o fmy favorite summer past times. Growing up we used to pick apline lowbush blueberries, small, tender and a hint of tartness. Always staining our fingers, mouths and clothes. In Southeast Alaska the berry bushes grow much taller, the berries are larger and sweeter, but they still stain just as much.
